Daifuku is a japanese sweet with glutinous rice paste on the outside and sweet red bean paste on the inside.
Strawberry daifuku (ichigo daifuku) is a kind of daifuku with a whole strawberry inside. The sweet red bean paste is still there, with the strawberry together. I once tasted it at an Asian sweets Store in Paris, and it's very tasty! The strawberry wrapped in sweet red bean paste is a great combination! and if you love strawberries, you should definetely try it!
