Mochi are like daifuku (see my post about daifuku to know more), but in smaller shape. Ice cream mochi are a kind of mochi. There is also non-iced mochi, of course. The flavors of ice cream mochi can be various styles : Mango flavored ice cream mochi, Green tea ice cream mochi, Strawberry ice cream mochi and also Sakura flavored ice cream mochi. Sakura is the "cherry blossom" flavor. I think those sweets are very delicious! I'm already a huge fan of normal mochi, so ice cream mochi are even better! If you live in a big city, you can find those in an Asian sweets store. They also serve those for desserts in Japanese restaurants.
