Bibimbap
Bibimbap is a Korean meal made of rice, beef, various vegetables (carrots, spinaches, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms...) Korean seaweed, and a fried egg. And is served with a spicy sauce. The veggies are all around the egg with the beef, the rice is below the vegetables. The fried egg is always on top of it all, in the middle of the bowl. This showing doesn't last long because, according to Korean customs, you have to mix it all the ingredients with a spoon before eating it. I already tasted this meal at a Korean restaurant in Paris, and it's delicious! Also, it's a very complete meal, because there is carbs (rice), proteins (beef and fried egg), and veggies (carrots, spinach, mushrooms...) If you eat that meal, you're sure to be full after xD In Korean restaurants, this meal is served in generous portions, and the spicy sauce is served apart from the plate, so you can choose if you want to put it or not. (for those who don't like spicyness, it's good.)
