Soy Ramen (Recipe)

Ingredients (4 people) : 


- 400g dried ramen noodles

- 1 roasted pork meat of 400g

- 200g spinach

- Minced green onion

- 2 boiled eggs

- 1/2 nori seaweed cut in 4 pieces

- 2 liters of chicken broth

- 4 spoon of Sweet soy sauce

- 2 spoon of Mirin

- 1/2 spoon of Sesame oil



Instructions :



1. Put some sesame oil on the pot and cook the pork meat. Cover the pot of water. Let it boil, then let it cook 10 mins on a low heat.
2. Take the meat out of the pan, throw the water, then put the meat in the pot again. Pour the chicken broth in the pot and let it boil. Pour the sweet soysauce and the mirin and let it cook for about 15 mins on low heat.
3. Add the boiled eggs in the pot. Let it cook for 5 mins on low heat.
4. Cut the meat in slices. Cut the eggs in half.
5. Rinse the spinach, then cook them inside boiled water. 
6. Cook the noodles in boiled water. For about 2 or 3 mins. 
7. Drain the noodles then put them on 4 large bowls.
8. Pour the hot broth on the noodles, then add the meat, spinach and eggs.
9. Sprinkle the onions and nori seaweed, then serve instantly.
